Mentora was born out of a simple but powerful truth: no leader should rise alone. In 2024, our founding mentors saw a common struggle among entrepreneurs and executives—brilliant minds burdened by isolation, overwhelmed by endless content, and missing the one thing that truly drives transformation: a trusted guide and community.
This realization led to the creation of Magnalux (Mentora) in 2025. What started as a vision to connect leaders with real-world mentors quickly grew into a thriving community.
