About the Role:
You’ll work closely with our CEO to help keep operations aligned, organized, and moving forward. You’ll manage schedules, communications, project updates, and occasional errands - including driving to meetings or events. Your role is to make sure priorities are executed smoothly so the CEO can focus on high-impact decisions.
What You’ll Do:
Manage calendars, appointments, follow-ups, and daily priorities.
Coordinate with team members, clients, and partners to ensure tasks progress.
Prepare documents, reports, notes, and proposals.
Assist in planning and organizing events, workshops, marketing and content shoots.
Handle errands to meetings, locations, or client visits when needed.
Help maintain organized systems, files, workflows, and schedules.
What We’re Looking For:
At least 2 years experience in Executive Assistance, Administration, Operations, or a similar support role.
Proactive and resourceful—can solve problems independently.
Tech-savvy and willing to learn new tools quickly.
Detail-oriented and reliable in meeting timelines.
Experience in driving is a plus and hold a valid driver’s license.
Bonus (Nice to Have, Not Required):
Experience with Notion / Trello / Jira / WordPress or similar platforms.
Background in admin, operations, or project coordination
Familiarity with digital content workflows

You’ll be the face and voice of The Playground PH - connecting with freelancers, entrepreneurs, and companies to help them find the perfect space to grow and collaborate.
What You’ll Do:
Manage inquiries, tours, and leads for coworking spaces, private offices, and events.
Build relationships with individuals, schools, and local businesses.
Run and execute sales campaigns, group promos, and partnership programs.
Hit monthly sales targets while maintaining that signature Playground PH experience.
What We’re Looking For:
1-3 years of sales or customer-facing experience (coworking, hospitality, or real estate a plus).
Great communicator and natural connector.
Target-driven, self-starter, and loves talking to people.
Fun personality that fits the Playground vibe.

About the Role:
You’ll make mornings brighter and evenings livelier, serving great coffee, drinks, and good energy to our community.
What You’ll Do:
Prepare and serve coffee, drinks, and pastries with consistency and care.
Assist in maintaining cleanliness and order in the café/bar area.
Provide excellent customer service to guests and members.
Support event nights and special promotions.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in café, bar, or F&B service preferred.
Friendly, approachable, and team-oriented.
Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends or events.
Passion for coffee, drinks, and good vibes.

About the Role:
You’ll turn our stories, events, and campaigns into scroll-stopping content. You’ll be the creative force behind The Playground PH’s social media, marketing materials, and video productions.
What You’ll Do:
Edit videos for social media, ads, and podcast episodes.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually engaging content.
Shoot, edit, and repurpose content for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
Brainstorm creative concepts for campaigns and events.
What We’re Looking For:
Strong editing skills (Premiere Pro or CapCut).
Experience in short-form content creation and social media storytelling.
Creative, detail-oriented, and fun to work with.
A portfolio or sample works is a plus.
