Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • HR recruitment and employee relations

  • Greet and assist visitors.
  • Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
  • Anticipate the needs of others to ensure their seamless and positive experience.

Qualifications

  • College Graduate of any course.
  • At least 2 years prior administrative experience.
  • Excellent computer skills, especially typing.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others.
  • Experience in end-to-end recruitment and employee relations is required.
